You can access files directly in the app when you are within WiFi range.
What is the E8 2.0 Pro camera WiFi connection range?
In open areas, the WiFi connection range can reach up to 165 ft (50 m).
Actual range may vary depending on obstacles such as walls, metal structures, glass, or dense vegetation.
Does the E8 2.0 Pro camera include an SD card? What SD card is recommended?
No SD card is included. The camera supports full-size SD cards up to 512GB.

Micro SD cards with adapters are not recommended.
How is the E8 2.0 Pro camera powered?
The E8 2.0 Pro camera includes a 7800mAh rechargeable lithium battery.
For extended outdoor use, we recommend pairing it with the GardePro SP350 & SP1000 solar panel (sold separately) to extend runtime and reduce recharging frequency.
How long does the battery last?
With typical usage (about 20 daytime photos + 20 nighttime photos per day), the camera can operate for up to one year.
Using a compatible SP350 solar panel (sold separately) allows near year-round, maintenance-free operation.
Innovative WiFi Connection: Features super low-power WiFi, compatible with Bluetooth, comes with a free and easy-to-use App (GardePro Mobile), allows you more easily to operate your cameras. No monthly fee. No remote control is required. Note: The E8 2.0 Pro does not connect to home WiFi routers or cellular networks. This camera supports direct connection to a smartphone only, using Bluetooth and the camera’s built-in WiFi. PCs, laptops, and web browsers are not supported for WiFi connection.
Extended Range & Stable WiFi 6 Connection: Powered by WiFi 6 and dual antennas, the E8 2.0 Pro delivers faster, more stable connections with reduced interference. Enjoy a reliable range of up to 165 ft (50 m) in open areas. Please note that walls, metal structures, or dense foliage may affect signal strength.
Ultra-Clear Images & Video: Capture vivid, ultra-sharp images and stunning 4K videos with clear, synchronized audio, along with up to 64MP photo resolution. Ideal for wildlife monitoring, property surveillance, or any situation where detail matters.
Long-Lasting Rechargeable Power: Powered by a high-capacity 7800mAh rechargeable battery, the E8 2.0 Pro delivers extended, reliable performance for year-round outdoor use. Compatible with GardePro SP350 and SP1000 solar panels (sold separately) for continuous power. Battery life is based on approximately 20 daytime and 20 nighttime photos per day.
On-Site Access – No SD Card Removal Needed: Easily access your camera within range to live view and download photos or videos, adjust settings, and check positioning—no need to remove the SD card. Ideal for setup and quick field checks (up to 165 ft in open areas).
Instant Capture & Stealth Night Vision: Capture fast-moving wildlife in just 0.1s with a 120° wide PIR detection angle and up to 5-shot bursts. Invisible 940nm no-glow infrared delivers clear night images without alerting animals—ideal for wildlife monitoring or discreet security.
Flexible Storage & Recording Features: Supports full-size SD cards up to 512GB (not included), with convenient in-camera playback and loop recording. Includes multiple capture modes such as motion detection, time-lapse, and hybrid mode, plus password protection for secure operation.
Customers find the trail camera’s picture and video quality good, and appreciate that it’s easy to set up and use. The functionality works well, with one customer noting it can be configured to turn on and off automatically. The connectivity and battery life receive mixed feedback – while some customers report great battery life, others find it bad, and many experience issues with the camera failing to connect to their home router system. The range and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some finding it decent while others consider it a waste of time and money.
