Customers find the charger reliable, with one mentioning it powers their MacBook Pro, and they appreciate its performance and consider it good value for money. The charging speed receives mixed feedback, with some saying it’s fast while others note it’s slower than an 85W charger. Customers like the 2 USB-C and 1 USB-B outlets, though some find it bigger than expected. Durability is a concern as it keeps falling off the outlet due to its weight, and power output is problematic as it can’t sustain the advised wattage.
