Customers like the exercise bands’ resistance variety and colors, with one noting that each color corresponds to a different level of resistance. However, the bands receive mixed feedback about their effectiveness, with some saying they perform as expected while others report they don’t work out. Moreover, the fit is problematic as they roll up too much and don’t stay in place well. Value for money opinions are divided between those who find it a great value and those who consider it money wasted.
