Customers find these boots to be of good quality, with a great fit that accommodates thick socks and wide feet, and appreciate their appearance, noting they look expensive. Customers consider them well worth the price and versatile enough to wear all day, with one customer mentioning they can walk in them for half an hour easily. The heel height receives mixed feedback, with some finding it perfect for everyday wear while others note it digs into the ankle, and opinions are divided on the stiffness and zipper functionality.
